The following is a breakdown of each individual box.
The weight is an empty top and bottom.
8115006094082 12 ft. x 4 ft.
Inside cavity 145 x 48.5 x ¾.
Overall measurement 148 x 52 x 3. 130lbs.
8115006094081 12 ft. x 3 ft.
Inside cavity 145 x 36.5 x ¾.
Overall measurement 148 x 40 x 3. 99 lbs.
8115001491530 10 ft x 3 ft.
Inside cavity 121 x 36.5 x ¾ Overall measurement 124 x 40 x 3. 91 lbs.
8115006095263 8 ft. x 4 ft.
Inside cavity 97 x 48.5 x ¾ Overall measurement 100 x 52 x 3. 96 lbs.
8115006095239 8 ft x 3 ft.
Inside cavity 97 x 36.5 x ¾ Overall measurement 100 x 40 x 3. 84 lbs.
The cavity measurements are not negotiable, they have to accommodate the sheets with their tolerances.
These boxes must travel down a conveyor roller line to a scale, they must not have any impediments such as footings or cleats. They must be flat, both tops and bottoms.
I’ve attached some pictures that we have used before to provide some guidance on the making of plywood boxes along with an attempted explanation.
