About this file

This document contains a comprehensive list of questions and answers for a furniture installation project issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for furniture and installation, targeting NAICS code 337211 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The project involves replacing existing furniture in a single building across two floors, with specific requirements including furniture delivery, installation, and removal of old furniture.

Key project details include access hours of 0630-1500, utilization of a loading dock and forklift, and transportation of furniture approximately 200-300 feet from truck parking. The vendor must match existing furniture color and style, remove and dispose of old desks and chairs, and handle installation without government-provided electrical assistance. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on SF 1449, with payment made after delivery and inspection. The government has indicated flexibility with a 6-8 week project timeline, and funds are available for the procurement.
