Amendment 0001

Amendment 0001 is hereby incorporated into solicitation SP3300-23-Q-0070:

• What materials are you processing (cutting/drilling/punching/shearing)?

Answer: Soft wood and some hardwood.

• What is the heaviest weight you would put onto the machine at one time?

Answer: 100 lb

• What type of tools are you using (upcut saw/chop saw, bandsaw, table saw, drill, ironworker etc) ?

Answer: Rip Saws, Radial arm Saw, Band Saws, Miter/Chop saws, Belt and hand sanders, Drill press and hand drills, Planer and router table, automated fiber board machines to cut and score, hand saws (powered and manual)

• How long is your raw material?

Answer: 16’

• What is your longest finished part (not needed for drilling applications)?

Answer: 36’ long

• Do you know if you’d like to use this work station as a stop/set point or a push feed? You may not know and I am more than happy to clarify the benefits of each style. Conversation needed.

Answer: Currently we use manual stop/set points and would like the same. Would be nice to have a repeatable but adjustable stop point/stop block.

• Do you currently use any software to generate your cut bills/lists?

Answer: We do but not at the point of cutting. I do have most of the common type of constructions that we do in an Excel spreadsheet with formulas to generate cut lists.

• Do you do a lot of one-off/custom jobs or are you cutting the same lengths regularly?

Answer: One off and custom jobs Mostly, but we do sometimes do repeatable cuts at a specific length.

• 80/20 rule. How often do you miter cut? Or are you predominantly straight cutting material 90 degrees?

Answer: Predominantly straight cut but various miter cut capability is a must.
