ODOT is seeking information from prospective partners regarding the development and management of a program to identify and maintain a network of at least 6,400 miles of snowmobile trails and coordinate law enforcement for the enforcement of snowmobile registration, operator, and equipment requirements throughout Oregon. The RFI requests project examples demonstrating the respondent's experience with managing statewide programs, coordinating with law enforcement and land management agencies, and maintaining snowmobile trails. Additionally, the RFI requests information on the respondent's capabilities in coordinating with public land managers, managing the overall program, maintaining the trails, and coordinating with law enforcement.
