Statement of Work

Walk-in Paint Booth Repair

McConnell AFB, Kansas

14 July 2025

1. Overview

1.1 The 22nd MXG needs repairs for the Pauli Systems Focus 15 walk-in paint booth (Bldg.

1124). While repaired within the past year, the booth currently requires attention due to temperature fluctuations, likely from outside air infiltration, especially during winter in the southeast corner of the booth. Specifically, it needs replacement of intake filters along with Stage 1, 2, and 3 filters. Additionally, the north and south doors don't close or latch properly, especially during the initial start of the curing cycles. Inspect ventilation on the Southeast Corner of the booth. There is a extreme temperature fluctuation, comparable to rest of the booth during winter months. Causing us to believe there is a problem with the actuator in the ducting, allowing outside air to makes it way into the booth.
