The contractor must procure 100-foot monopole towers constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel per ASTM A123, capable of supporting four vertically polarized VHF/UHF dipole antennas and a universal ring mount. The towers must feature one 10x24 inch base port and two 6x12 inch top ports, with three factory-installed grounding studs at the base and one threaded lightning protection port at the top. Foundation engineering must comply strictly with ANSI/TIA-222 (Risk Category 4) and ACI 318 standards, with anchor bolt placement tolerances of +/- 1/16 inch. Conduit requirements include two 4-inch SCH 80 PVC and one 1.5-inch SCH 80 PVC foundation conduits.

The scope encompasses complete engineering design, procurement of tower components, and foundation construction activities. All work must adhere to applicable design standards and specifications outlined in the SOW. This pre-solicitation sources sought notice is issued by 577 SWES/DIFF under the Department of the Army National Guard (Solicitation Number W50S83-26-Q-0010) for market research purposes only and does not constitute a binding commitment to award a contract.
