About this file

This notice describes the government's intent to award a sole source contract. The Air Force Installation Contracting Center intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Capital Air Park Inc. to provide aircraft, facilities, and services to support the Special Warfare Training Group's military parachute operations. The contract would have a one-year base period and four one-year options. It would be performed at the contractor's facility within 80 miles of the SWTG headquarters. The contractor must maintain currency and proficiency for Air Force Special Warfare operators using certified civilian aircraft, as military aircraft have limited availability. The notice seeks evidence that competition would benefit the government but will not accept bids; the contract is intended as a sole source award. Responses were due by March 8, 2024.
