STATEMENT OF WORK

DISC Assessment for Front l ine Leader

Readiness Program (FLRP)

PPS SC #5000213562

OVERVIEW

DISC is the universal language of observable behavior. It explains how a person does what they do.

The four components of DISC are defined as Dominance: Direct or Reflective, influence: Outgoing or Reserved. Steadiness: Steady or Dynamic and Conscientiousness: Precise or Pioneering.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Frontline Leader Readiness Program (FLRP) requires the use of DISC assessments to help future leaders explore behavior across four primary areas:

Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness (DISC). This assessment help FLRP participants learn to understand and appreciate their own behavior styles and adapt those styles in their everyday communication with others.

DISC reveals the behavioral makeup that is unique to each participant. Taking and understanding a DISC assessment will help future leaders in the FLRP program with minimizing conflict, productivity and engagement, self-awareness and enhanced communication techniques.
