About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the removal and replacement of an existing roll-up fire door at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The objective is to remove the existing roll-up door, door track and frame, motor, and related equipment, and install a new Cornell AlarmGuard fire door, or equivalent, including a new 460V 3-phase motor with auxiliary chain-hoist backup. The work includes providing all required services, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The contractor must adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local safety standards, obtain necessary clearances and permits, and provide a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor. This SOW is in support of a pre-solicitation announcement for the removal and replacement of the roll-up fire door, which the Air Combat Command of the Department of the Air Force is conducting market research on as a potential upcoming project.
