Payment will NOT BE made unless map of trap placement is provided and a written report after each visit outlining the conditions observed and baiting/trapping results. Vendor, while providing rodent control is required to minimize the potential for animals to crawl into areas (walls/pipes/hidden areas) so they cannot be removed. All animals (trapped or dead) must be removed from the site. The traps and bait stations must be designed to reduce the possibility of bait being pulled from inside the trap to the outside areas and prevent large animals (Dogs, Lambs) from easily accessing the bait that is inside the traps. All bait used in the traps and bait stations must be approved for either indoor or outdoor use depending on the location of the trap or bait station. Vendor must provide all Safety Data Sheets for all the bait that is used. Vendor must provide a note book with Company Contact Information, Map of Trap/Bait Stations, Safety Data Sheets and Reports from each visit. Notebook will be kept in Office # 10 inside building #19. Vendor must discuss rodent concerns with either the COR or the Admin Officer at each visit to the Dubois location.
