STATEMENT OF WORK
For Purchase XtaLAB Synergy-S FLOW Training
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), specifically the Materials Science Branch (R13), is seeking training services for newly acquired Rigaku equipment. This training is essential to ensure government personnel can operate the equipment effectively and in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
· Requirement:
NSWC IHD R13 requires comprehensive training on the purchased Rigaku equipment. This training must cover all aspects of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, enabling our personnel to utilize the equipment to its full potential while adhering to OEM guidelines.
2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
The Contractor shall adhere by the below referenced applicable documents.
· NSWCIHEODTD M-5100.22H Chapter 13 – Contractor Safety and Appendix 13A
3.0 REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor/OEM shall provide three (3) day Application Training on-site for XtaLAB Synergy-S FLOW (S/N: PL22020142) for R1 government employees.
· Applications training at customer’s site by a Rigaku Applications Scientist.
· Travel and expenses are included.
· Training must be completed within three months of purchase order
4.0 TECHNICAL POINT OF CONTACT (TPOC)
The Contractor shall communicate and schedule training with government TPOC:

5.0 SECURITY
Coordinate Base Access (72-Hour Notice):
· The Contractor must provide the TPOC with all necessary personnel information at least 72 hours (3 full days) prior to the scheduled training date.
Personnel Credentials (US Credentials Only):
· Only individuals with US citizenship or legal residency and appropriate US-issued identification will be permitted base access.
In essence, the contractor must:
· Communicate with the TPOC well in advance.
· Only send US persons.
· Comply with all base access requirements.
