August 28, 2023 Statement of Work For Technical Rigor Training Courses

1.0 Introduction/Background

The Technical Rigor Training Courses are multiple courses developed by Indian Head University with training material developed for Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The project includes construction of course materiel in conjunction with NSWC IHD or as previously outlined by NSWC IHD.

2.0 Objectives

The objective of this training is to provide proficiency in technical rigor to the NSWC IHD technical workforce with disciplines in Safety, Quality, Project Management and System Engineering. The course curriculum was developed in conjunction with NSWC IHD; and has a background and history of being successfully delivered.

3.0 Scope of Work

3.1 The scope of work shall include a minimum of four (4) total training to a maximum of ten (10) training courses for the fiscal year.

3.2 The course shall include a 25 person maximum number of students per session to a classroom or virtual TEAMS session.

3.3 The courses shall include subject matter material provided to the students in writing and/or electronically. The courses shall provide a coordinator and instructor for the course session.

3.4 Courses upon successful completion shall include per student a certificate of completion.

4.0 Requirements

4.1 The Contractor shall provide a minimum of four (4) total training and a maximum of ten (10) training courses for the fiscal year.

4.2 The Contractor shall provide courses including but not limited to the courses below:

4.2.1 Design of Experiments Training.

4.2.2 Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC Training).

4.2.3 Advanced SPC Training.

4.2.4 Root Cause Analysis Training.

4.2.5 Process Safety Management (PSM) and Process Hazards Analysis.

4.2.6 Intermediate Qualitative and Quantitative Process Hazards Analysis.

4.2.7 Project Management Fundamentals.

4.2.8 Risk Management.

4.2.9 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

5.0 Period of Performance

The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months after date of award.

6.0 Place of Performance

The Place of Performance for the training is onsite at the NSWC IHD Maryland , Picatinny, NJ or McAlester, OK locations or conducted virtually online.
