About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) from the Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard Base Honolulu details requirements for drain line repair work at Pier 4's men's restroom. The contractor must determine and remove blockage in pipes connecting the shower, sink, and urinal, requiring a Confined Space Certified member to access the confined space near the blockage. If confined space access is unfeasible, work will involve removing tile and concrete flooring to access the pipe approximately 4 feet below, removing the blockage or replacing the pipe, and restoring the floor with matching concrete and approved tiles.
The work is to be performed at 433 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu HI 96813, with work hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Contractors must have active Rapid Gate passes and provide advance personnel lists. The related solicitation (31060PR250000079) indicates a site visit scheduled for January 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with quotes to be submitted via SF-18. Key contacts include Contracting Officer Justin Hinkle and CORs DCCS John Treme and DC1 Colin Forey.
