STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 PURPOSE

2.0 BACKGROUND
The JBLE-Langley QRP Program is seeking to purchase an Expended Ordnance Deformer with the intent to DEMIL ESACCs and prevent extended small arms cartridge casings from stockpiling at the base ranges.
The mobile Expended Ordnance Deformer must be designed to DEMIL ESACCs IAW the demilitarization procedures found DoDM 4160.28 Vol. 2. This means that the Expended Ordnance Deformer must be able to DEMIL the expended small arms cartridge casings (ESACCs) to ensure that the functional capabilities and inherent military design features are eliminated.
This will prevent the property from being reused.
