About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement and deployment of a mobile security and surveillance system. The document outlines the technical specifications and operational requirements for a Verkada MT81 Cloud-Managed Security Trailer, which represents a brand-name procurement for the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. The requirement includes one (1) MT81 Cloud-Managed Security Trailer unit equipped with 78 SFS Solar Powered Cameras to be delivered and set up at a location specified in the accompanying RFQ document (FA850126Q0043). This is a small business set-aside solicitation issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures.

The SOW specifies the technical capabilities, installation requirements, and operational parameters for the mobile surveillance system. The acquisition encompasses delivery, setup, and integration of the cloud-managed security trailer with its solar-powered camera components at the designated Air Force facility. As a brand-name procurement specifically for Verkada equipment, the SOW details the system's cloud management functionality and solar power capabilities that align with the Air Force's mobile security infrastructure needs. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference, with full texts available at www.acquisition.gov. Interested small business vendors must respond through the RFQ process with pricing and delivery proposals for this specialized security equipment requirement.
