Statement of Work For
MK 77 RELAY MOUNTS AND LEAK DETECTOR BOARDS
1.0 PURPOSE:
Department E at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC/IHD) requires the Leak Detector Boards and Relay Mounts to build the MK77 Mod 1 units.
1. PN: 6373122 Relay Mount QTY 170
2. PN: 7609599 Leak detector board QTY 170ttgreat
2.0 REQUIREMENTS:
The Contractor shall be an authorized distributor to provide the material per the part number and specifications from the drawing.
3.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
30 days from date of award.
4.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The place of performance shall be the Government’s facility.
The vendor may proceed with the license renewal following notification from the government of acceptance. All manufacturing processes must be completed in accordance with the requirements of the related quote prior to delivery.
