STATEMENT OF WORK
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
First Responder Electric Utility Vehicle
1.0 GENERAL
1.1 BACKGROUND
U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento requires a medical first-response vehicle to enhance its ability to respond to emergencies on station property.
1.2 SCOPE
The scope of this requirement is to acquire one (1) new electric utility vehicle configured as a mini-ambulance/first responder unit.
1.3 OBJECTIVE
To procure a vehicle capable of rapid response, patient transport, and carrying essential medical equipment to improve the safety and well-being of all station personnel.
2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS
2.1 TASK ONE. Provide and Deliver Low-Speed Electric Vehicle
The contractor shall provide one (1) all-electric vehicle that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications:

3.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The contractor shall deliver the vehicle fully assembled and operational to the following address:

4.0 GOVERNMENT ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
The Government will have five (5) business days after delivery to inspect the vehicle and notify the contractor of its final acceptance. The vehicle must be delivered in new condition and be free of damage or defects.
