About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for maritime security support services related to the Sail 250 event in July 2026. The United States Coast Guard, specifically USCG Sector Boston under the Northeast District, seeks contractor support for a multi-system, multi-layered approach to Airspace Situational Awareness, Incident Response, and Emergency Management during the event. The required services include providing real-time video capabilities using drone assets, implementing Airspace Safety and Awareness monitoring, and deploying Counter-UAS (CUAS) Detection Suite capabilities for threat detection. All information and sensor data must be streamed to designated command centers throughout the duration of the event. The period of performance is July 2026, with exact dates to be determined.
The Government's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) is Jonah Sowers (jonah.l.sowers@uscg.mil), who serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day contractor activities and planning. Additional service details will be coordinated through Thomas Vitullo via the COR until estimates are received. All contractor submittals must be provided to the US Coast Guard Contracting Officer in PDF or Word document format and require written approval prior to ordering any materials or commencing services.
