STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
USCG, Honolulu Harbor, HI
1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provide training platform FISHING VESSEL for US COAST GUARD mock boardings.
Point of Contact (POC) for Project:

Service shall take place 26-27 July 23
LOCATION OF PROJECT: Honolulu Harbor
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK:
2.1 The work shall include but not limited to the following:
2.1.1 26 July 2023 0800-1200 fishing vessel will be utilized as a training platform for US Coast Guard for mock boardings pier side. The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed by the USCG near pier 38.
2.1.2 27 July 2023 1200-1600 fishing vessel will be utilized as a training platform for US Coast Guard for mock boardings where teams will arrive via small boat. The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed via the water by the USCG near pier 38.
2.2 All work and access shall be coordinated with the POC prior to commencing work.
2.3 If additional services are required beyond the current scope of work, the Contractor shall submit an additional quote to the Contracting Officer for review and approval, before the work is completed.
3.0 USCG, FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS:
3.1 All rules and regulations issued by the USCG covering safety, environmental compliance, vehicle operations, sanitations and other shall be observed by the Contractor at all times. The work shall be performed and conducted in a manner to minimize interference with Coast Guard operations.
3.2 DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY:
3.2.1 Any damage caused by the contractor to Government property shall be corrected at the contractor’s expense.
3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS:
3.3.1 Provide and maintain environmental protection during the life of the contract to control pollution or correct conditions that develop during performance of the contract. Comply with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations pertaining to water, air and noise pollution.
4.0 SAFETY AND SECURITY:
4.1 All personnel employed on the site shall keep within the limits of the work. The Contractor’s equipment shall be stowed while the mock boardings are taking place.
4.3 The Contractor shall control its employee’s traffic on site.
4.4 The Contractor shall comply with Federal, State and Coast Guard Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. When standards differ, the more stringent shall apply. The Contractor shall report all accidents and property damage to the POC immediately.
4.5 The Contractor shall be responsible for the security of their materials, tools and equipment. The Government shall not be responsible for any loss of such items.
