Key Largo Fuel Everglades National Park Page 1 of 4
STATEMENT OF WORK
Provide Marine Grade Fuel to Key Largo Ranger Station
Everglades National Park – National Park Service
Background and Introduction:
Everglades National Park (ENP) currently uses marine grade (90 octane, no ethanol) gasoline to operate its fleet of boats. The requirement to use marine grade fuel is recommended or required by most boat engine manufacturers. Use of lower octane gasoline containing ethanol could negatively impact the operation of the engine and/or negate manufacturer’s requirements. The Park needs a service contract for fuel delivery to include a base year, and four option years.
