About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of an electronic key management system for the U.S. Consulate General Recife's Management Section. The SOW defines technical and functional requirements for a standalone electronic key management solution designed to replace an aging physical key control system and improve accountability through digital audit trails and secure access control.
The required deliverables include: (1) a base intelligent key management cabinet with touchscreen interface, electronic access control (PIN, card, or biometric authentication), and audit-trail logging; (2) one expansion module compatible with the base unit to support a minimum capacity of 100 individually locking key positions with LED status indicators; (3) electronic locking strips with QR-code lever release mechanisms; (4) tamper-evident, nylon-coated steel cable seals; (5) manufacturer-standard protective shipping packaging; (6) 100 sequentially numbered key identification tags; (7) shipping and freight delivery to Suvi Global Services LLC, 11380 NW 34 ST, Doral, FL 33178; and (8) on-site or virtual installation and service/maintenance training for designated MGT personnel. All items must be new, unused, and covered by manufacturer warranty. The system must operate standalone without requiring network or internet connectivity for normal operation. Evaluation criteria include technical compliance (Pass/Fail), total price including shipping, delivery timeline, and availability of installation/training support and warranty terms. The point of contact is Luisa M. Perman, Supervisory General Services Assistant, at the U.S. Consulate General Recife.
