About this file

This Statement of Work outlines requirements for the purchase of a Hyper-Cam-LW Mini, a specialized imaging spectrometer. The technical specifications require standoff imaging Fourier-Transform Spectrometer Technology with user-selectable spectral resolution from 32 cm-1 to 1 cm-1, spectral range of 8-12 microns, and an FPA detector size of at least 320 x 256 pixels. Additional requirements include a Stirling cooled detector, integrated visible color camera, minimum working distance less than 1 meter, and a nominal field of view of 14 x 11 with sub-windowing capabilities.

The related federal contract opportunity indicates this is a sole source procurement by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson AFB, with Telops Inc. identified as the only manufacturer capable of meeting the requirements. The procurement will be executed as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS code 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Telops Inc. is located in Quebec, Canada, and interested parties must submit any responses via email to amy.gibson-ferri@us.af.mil.
