About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for High Voltage (HV) Testing Connectors issued by the Anniston Army Depot. The objective is to procure specific electrical connectors and backshells for building DIT-MCO testing adapters for vehicle harnesses, with a detailed list of 39 individual connector components required. The solicitation is currently in a Request for Information (RFI) phase, seeking industry input on capability, pricing, and technical feasibility, with responses due by 7 August 2025 and a targeted delivery date of 1 September 2025.
The RFI targets Electronic Connector Manufacturing companies (NAICS 334417) with a size standard of 1,000 employees, and requests respondents submit a capability statement, recommended contracting strategy, and specific feedback on hardware pricing, software integration, transition planning, and performance period. Interested parties must submit responses via email to Amber Garrett, including company details, CAGE code, and business type classification. The government emphasizes that this is an information-gathering exercise only, with no guarantee of future procurement, and all submission costs are the responsibility of the respondent.
