About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a cellular infrastructure upgrade project at the Hornet Tower site of the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). The key components of the project include upgrading the existing cell site, enhancing the core network, and integrating 5G technology to improve capacity, service quality, and incorporate the latest standards. The scope of work covers site survey and assessment, equipment procurement and installation, core network upgrade, integration and testing, network optimization, and training. The deliverables include a site assessment report, hardware and software inventory, installation and integration report, testing and optimization report, training materials, and a final project report. The government is responsible for providing site access and approving procurements, while the contractor is responsible for conducting all site work, ensuring compliance, and delivering the project documentation and training. The project will be considered successful when the Hornet Tower site is upgraded, the core network is operational, testing is completed, and training is provided. This SOW is in support of a sole source solicitation (FA820124Q0013) for the cellular upgrade at UTTR, issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center.
