STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Ships Service Air
During testing, Ocean Winch #1 (OW1) had the following results. "OW1 failed megger test. TDR test had a drop off impedance at 43ft from the pigtail end and a drop at ~6000ft from the wet end,". In order to maintain operational capability for science missions, cable will have to be replaced.
1.1 OBJECTIVE
The goal is to supply CGC Healy with the parts to repair NR1 Ocean Winch Cable
1) A301592, 0.322” CTD EP Cable, 10,000 Meters in length, quantity: 1
