About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a GPS Repeater System procurement and installation for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division's Unmanned Systems Branch. The project requires a Rogers GNSS repeater system to be installed in Building 2089 at Stump Neck, Maryland, to provide GPS service within a 40'x80' steel structure. Key tasks include installing a rooftop GPS antenna, running coaxial cables, configuring remote locations, testing signal strength, and creating an installation diagram. The vendor must complete the entire installation within 60 days of contract award, with the primary objective of enabling unmanned systems operations that were previously limited by GPS satellite obstructions.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a sole-source notice intended to award a firm fixed-price contract to Oneida Communications, Inc. for this GPS Repeater System. The contract will be awarded non-competitively under FAR 13.106(b), with interested parties able to submit capability statements by July 10, 2025, at 10 AM EST. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, and the contract will be negotiated using procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit responses via email to Shannon Wooten.
