About this file
This Statement of Work (SoW) details electrical equipment inspection, testing, and repair services for the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) Power Branch. The project involves comprehensive testing and inspection of 96 low-voltage and 52 medium-voltage circuit breakers and protective relays across GPO's 1.5 million sq. ft. campus, requiring a NETA-certified contractor to perform secondary injection testing, verify trip settings, calibrate breakers, and update one-line diagrams.
Key requirements include delivering bi-weekly status updates, NETA MTS 2023 test reports, and two-year certification labels for each breaker. The work must be completed within 14 weeks from award, performed Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST at 732 North Capitol Street NW in Washington, DC. Strict security protocols are in place, including daily vehicle and tool inspections, U.S.-based personnel requirements, and mandatory visitor badge protocols. The contractor is responsible for all travel, equipment, and incidental costs, and must adhere to GPO safety guidelines and NFPA/OSHA requirements.
