STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

IA CYBERSECURITY TRAINING PURCHASE

USARCENT, SHAW AFB, SC

SHORT TITLE: IA CYBERSECURITY TRAINING

1. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

The classes will be delivered onsite at Shaw AFB, online classroom, and online/On-Demand self-paced.

Delivery date for the training shall be no later than Thirty (30) Calendar days from contract order award.

6. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide Cybersecurity Training and Certification for attendees to satisfy DoDD 8140.01 mandates for all DoD IT Workforce. IT Workforce must adhere to DoDD 8140.01 specified yearly training requirements and maintain proficiency through continuing education to remain current and relevant in the security discipline. IT Professionals require training includes cloud computing and security, data engineering and analysis, software-defined networking, security auditing, network device mailto:luis.a.rueda2.civ@army.mil mailto:michael.o.lewis.civ@army.mil security, intrusion detection and response, and web security for enhanced security posture and network accreditation.

The Contractor shall provide tiered training, pricing, and schedule to accommodate group and individual training either onsite at Shaw AFB or online. The Contractor must be able to facilitate training of students in groups of one or more on a case-by-case basis.

The Contractor shall provide vendor specific courseware (e.g., ISACA, COMPTia, PMI, ISC2, Microsoft, Google, Amazon) and resources required to complete the training. The Contractor will be able to support training and certification for the following courses:

• PMP CCNA

• CompTIA A+ CCNP

• CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Cloud Plus

• CompTIA CySA+ CompTIA Linux Plus

• CompTIA Security+ CompTIA PenTest Plus

• CASP+ (Security X) IAPP CIPM

The Contractor shall provide the certification exam voucher, a second exam voucher in the event of a first-time failure, and the ability to retake the course at no additional cost.

The Contractor shall provide an online/On-Demand self-paced, training option that is accredited to the same extent of the onsite and online delivery methods.

7. SCOPE OF WORK. Delivery Cyber Security courses to USARCENT Government employees no later than Thirty (30) Calendar days from contract award for a duration of 12 months. Deliver classes onsite at Shaw AFB, online classroom, online self-paced, or vendor provided local (off base). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

8. DELIVERABLES SCHEDULE. Onsite training at Shaw AFB must be presented Monday through Friday between the hours of 07:30 hrs. and 17:00 hrs. Vendor provided training delivery timelines must be communicated a month prior to training execution for proper coordination.

Online training must state the time zone of course delivery and/or a customer representative to assist with registration. On-Demand/self-paced training must afford individuals the ability to enroll.

9. APPLICABLE STANDARDS. All training must meet the requirements outlined in DoDD

8140.01.

10. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. All training reflected on the training plan.

11. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. N/A

12. MISCELLANEOUS. Unforeseen instances in this project should be discussed with the

Contracting Officer before classes are presented.
