About this file

This draft Scope of Work (SOW) document outlines the procurement requirements for the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground's West Desert Test Center in Utah. The SOW specifies the acquisition of one Shepherd FTIR spectrometer and two UV-DOAS Hound spectrometers from Cerex Monitoring Solutions, LLC.

The technical requirements detail the specifications for both systems. The Shepherd FTIR Portable Multi-Gas Analyzer includes an AirSentry Spectrometer with ZnSe beamsplitters, closed cycle Stirling engine cryocooler, MCT infrared detector, 19.2 meter sample cell, integrated Windows computer with 32GB storage, various ports (USB/WAN/LAN), 4-hour Li-Po battery, and sampling accessories. The UV Hound UV-DOAS Multi-Gas Analyzer features a touch screen interface, deuterium UV source rated for 4000+ hours, 17 meter optical sample path, temperature-controlled spectrometer, 32GB storage, 3.5 hour Li-Po battery, and a spectral library including NO, NO2, SO2, Cl2, NH3 compounds. Both systems come with a one-year warranty, configurable alarms, and sampling accessories.
