The solicitation (FA461025Q0025) calls for a vendor to provide two 25K-36K forklifts and one 38-40 foot flatbed trailer, with specific technical specifications including 96-inch tines, anti-static straps, and a C-track/sliding winch track configuration. One forklift must be operational at building 980, and the other at the flightline, with the trailer capable of transporting equipment between these locations.

Key delivery requirements include equipment delivery prior to March 24, 2024, through the Lompoc Gate, with all equipment requiring UL/ETL approval and full inspection before delivery. The primary point of contact is Lt. James G. Shillings (Mission Integrator, 2d Range Operations Squadron), with Amelia V. Nillo serving as the Invoice Reviewer. The rental period will continue until the equipment is no longer needed for mission support, with the vendor responsible for equipment removal after the operational period expires.
