Statement of Work for Replacement of HVAC System in Building 120 at Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge

1. Location: Rocky Mountain Arsenal Building 120

a. 6550 Gateway Road, Bldg 120

b. Commerce City, CO 80022-1748

2. Scope of Work:

a. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, parts, and labor to remove and replace (4) four existing furnaces and four existing cased evaporator coils in building 120 at Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR.

i. The contractor is responsible for the recovery and disposal of existing refrigerant per EPA regulations and guidelines.

b. The contractor shall furnish and install four Global Plasma Solutions Air Purification units (or equivalent) in the fan compartments of the new furnace units.

3. Period of Performance: Begin work within 10 working days after date of receipt of Award, and complete all work within 45 calendar days from receipt of such notice.

4. A Site visit is strongly encouraged to understand the nature, location, and conditions, which affect the work. To schedule a site visit, please contact the Contracting Officers Representative listed below.

5. Supporting Documentation: System Manuals and Documentation of Ionization levels upon completion.

6. Additional Requirements: The contractor must be licensed to install HVAC systems in the state of Colorado and have at least three (3) years experience installing HVAC systems. A description of work experience shall be provided with a quote.
