About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the biannual recertification of 45 SEAS-1 (SAR Warrior) bottles and their first and second stage regulators for the U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT) West.

The SOW requires the vendor to fully rebuild all first and second stage regulators, inspect and reattach them to bottles that have not reached the end of their 120-month service life, and replace any bottles that have. The vendor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) of any damaged bottles requiring replacement dial gauges, and obtain approval prior to any additional work. The work will be performed at the MSRT West facility in National City, CA. This is a sole source contract awarded to Capewell Aerial Systems LLC, the only authorized entity to conduct the regulator rebuild per the Coast Guard's Asset Computerized Maintenance System.
