About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Exhibit B template for CBP Contractor Information Sheet, primarily used for short-term contractor visitor access and security documentation. The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 10 single-purpose canines for the Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso, TX, issued by the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112990, with a size standard of $2.75M. Quotes are due by June 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, with award evaluation conducted in three phases: Phase I (pass/fail breed and availability criteria), Phase II (trade-off evaluation of open orders, past performance, and pricing), and Phase III (physical canine evaluation).
