About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Exhibit B template for short-term contractors, specifically a Contractor Information Sheet used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The template requires detailed personal information for visitors, including full names, dates of birth, citizenship status, passport details, and contact information. It mandates submission of visitor information 72 hours prior to arrival, with strict security protocols requiring government-issued photo ID, mandatory check-in/check-out procedures, and continuous visitor escort by a CBP employee.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 10 single-purpose detection canines for the Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso, TX. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112990, with a size standard of $2.75M. The evaluation process involves three phases: Phase I assesses breed conformance and availability date, Phase II ranks offerors based on open orders and past performance, and Phase III involves a physical evaluation of canines. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the most advantageous offeror, with quotes due by March 28th, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST.
