About this file

The document is a Short Term Contractors Template for CBP Contractor Information Sheet, which provides a comprehensive visitor tracking and security submission form for contractors accessing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities. The template requires detailed personal information for each visitor, including full name, date of birth, citizenship status, passport details, and contact information. The form mandates submission at least 72 hours prior to arrival and emphasizes strict escort requirements, with one escort required for every four visitors, and visitors must check in and out at the security desk. Visitors must present a U.S. Government-issued photo ID, and any unescorted visitors will be immediately reported to security and escorted out of CBP space.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for up to 7 single-purpose canines for the Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso, TX, issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112990, with a size standard of $2.75M. Quotes are due by August 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, with a three-phase evaluation process focusing on breed conformance, availability, open orders, past performance, and price. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the most advantageous offeror, with the top-ranked vendor required to deliver canines for medical, physical, and behavioral evaluation at the specified El Paso location.
