About this file

This file is a Contractor Information Sheet template in Excel format associated with a Request for Quote (RFQ) for untrained detection canines for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso, Texas. The solicitation (Number 20161894) seeks 15 untrained canines with CBP retaining the option to procure additional canines based on funding availability. This is a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 112990 (Animal Breeding) and a size standard of $2.75 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous considering price and other evaluation factors. Award will be made under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 for commercial products and services, with applicable clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 dated August 27, 2025.

As a template document, this Contractor Information Sheet does not contain specific response deadlines, award dates, or detailed pricing terms but serves as a standardized form for offerors to provide company and canine-related information during the quotation process. The contractor information collected through this form will support CBP's evaluation and selection of qualified canine suppliers for the Border Patrol training program.
