NSWC Indian Head requires a more compelling science-based approach for its leadership development journey. This work of inclusion and understanding self, controlling self must be reframed and reconceptualized as a human behavioral and neuroscience endeavor that has, at its core, the foundation of belonging (and psychological safety).
