About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) avionics and mechanical components support for a Pilatus PC-12NG aircraft operated by NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California.
NASA Armstrong requires continued maintenance support for avionics and mechanical components installed on PC-12NG aircraft (serial number 1081, tail number N606NA) through enrollment in the Honeywell MSP, which provides structured repair and replacement services for Honeywell-manufactured components. The contractor shall provide all maintenance services required to support Honeywell MSP coverage, including repair and replacement of avionics and mechanical components listed in Exhibits 2 and 3 of the MSP agreement. Services are limited to components designated as covered; items marked "not covered" or "limited support" fall outside standard MSP support and require separate handling. The contractor must manage accurate configuration records, perform all service actions using Honeywell-approved methods, comply with applicable MSP terms, and coordinate closely with NASA. Deliverables include completion of all covered repair and replacement actions for enrolled components and service documentation such as repair records, component status reports, and confirmation of services rendered provided to NASA AFRC's designated technical representative. The period of performance aligns with the MSP Agreement coverage period from March 26, 2026 through March 25, 2027. No travel is required under this SOW.
