About this file
This is a Specification Sheet/Statement of Work for the procurement of electronic circuit breaker units and supporting components for the GoSWIFT (Goodrich Straightwing Flight Integration Test) project at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center.
The primary deliverables consist of two Astronics 28Vdc Electronic Circuit Breaker Units (P/N 1448-113, quantity 2) and two Astronics 115Vac Electronic Circuit Breaker Units (P/N 1448-111, quantity 2), selected for their proven flight heritage on other NASA Armstrong aircraft and cost and schedule savings versus custom development. Supporting components include multiple connector plugs and receptacles (P/N 23-00123-001, 23-00121-001, 23-00123-003, 23-00121-006) and backshell cable clamps (P/N 20-00076-003, 20-00076-009, 20-00076-006) in specified quantities. All deliverables must meet NASA Quality Document Q1-B compliance requirements with no approved alternatives. Standard manufacturer's warranty is acceptable, though warranty may be voided upon NASA's workmanship inspection. Delivery is required by March 1, 2027, to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Building 4876 Warehouse #6, Lilly Drive, Edwards, California 93524. If freight shipment is necessary, coordination must occur at least four business days in advance to facilitate proper entry procedures at Edwards Air Force Base, potentially requiring submission of an AFRC visitor request.
