The Digital Forge - Essential package additionally provides custom analytics, part approval workflows, and custom TLS certificates, while the Digital Forge - On Premises package includes data encryption (TLS and FIPS), print file locking, support overrides, fiber overrides, job history tracking, and access to Markforged University. Performance is scheduled for completion by late 2026, with the printer lead time estimated at 6-8 weeks after purchase and facility electrical modifications planned for October 2026. The place of performance is Building 4823, Organization 425, at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Edwards AFB, California.

FX 20 STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements Installation and Training are to be included with purchase. FX20 is being purchased in support of Administrators Makerspace Initiative. Objective is to produce industrial-grade large format printed parts for Flight Test Research.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs The contractor shall perform the following duties:

Deliver FX20 Printer within 10 weeks of purchase.

Four (4) days to Setup Printer in designated area, ensure operational status, provide operational training, preventive maintenance guidance and Training on 3D printing software Eiger

Digital Forge - Essential 12% MSRP (Overall Eiger Org) - 1 Year - Initial Custom Analytics, Part Approval Workflows, Custom TLS Certificates, On-Site Support*, Wear & Tear Replacement Parts**, Partner Access to Markforged Technical Services***, Day-90 consultation with Partner & Markforged Specialist (FX-20) Annual Machine Calibration & Check-in (Industrial and FX20) *, *** FX20 Partner Hotline for FX20 customers

Digital Forge - On Prem - 1 Year – Initial Includes: Data Encryption (TLS and FIPS), Print File Locking, Support Overrides, Fiber Overrides, Job History Tracking, Markforged University*, Manufacturer’s Warranty*, Partner Access to Markforged Technical Services***, Wear & Tear Replacement Parts**, On-Site Support Provided by Partner*, Day-90 consultation with Partner & Markforged Specialist (FX-20), Annual Machine Calibration & Check-in (Industrial and FX20) *, *** FX20 Partner Hotline for FX20 customers

3. Place of Performance NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Edwards AFB CA, Bldg. 4823, Org 425

4. Period of Performance Installation and Training to be completed within 4 weeks after Facilities Electrical modifications have been completed and Printer has been delivered. Printer Lead time is 6-8 weeks after purchase. Facilities Electrical modification (executed by center) may be planned for October 2026.
