2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

LINE DESCRIPTION QTY.

1 Yearly Firmware/Software Support Contract, per the terms denoted in the Software Support Contract Letter dated 7 May 2024, which includes:

Access to WV’s “Redmine” Project Management Application Access to new firmware/software releases Notifications via Service Bulletins Technical Support

2 On-Site Support shall provide:

Load new firmware/software into all the necessary FTS components Perform maintenance and checkout of the entire ACDS Provide system certification Provide O&M Trip Report Support shall be provided by one (1) WV Communications’ engineer for a period of two (2) working days Support provided at the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center Includes all travel, lodging, and per diem costs
