About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a federal contract for PCB Piezotronics and Endevco brand-name accelerometers and pressure transducers in support of the US Army Aberdeen Test Center's Live Fire Test and Evaluation mission. The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will have a three-year ordering period (one base year plus two option years) from September 20, 2025, through September 19, 2028, with a not-to-exceed maximum ceiling of $6 million ($2 million per year). The procurement will be evaluated as Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and requires commercial off-the-shelf items with specific brand-name requirements.

Key requirements include providing transducers, accelerometers, and accessories with a valid NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration, functional items upon receipt, and FOB Destination shipping to the Aberdeen Proving Ground. Vendors must submit proposals in two volumes (price and technical) by August 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with no substitutions allowed for the specified product list. The contract will allow the government to submit task orders for current and potentially new product lines from PCB Piezotronics and Endevco during the performance period, with no security clearance or hazardous situation requirements for the contractor.
