STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Statement of Work (SOW) for SANS Training Vouchers
1.0 Scope: The scope of this effort is to provide a quantity of twenty-six (26) FV Bundled GIAC vouchers and quantity twenty-six (26) FV Long Course vouchers for our cybersecurity workforce at NSWC Crane.
Vouchers will be provided via a "Fixed Account Program". All vouchers must be name brand only and priced individually for invoicing purposes. Any/All group discounts must still apply for the individual voucher cost.
1.1 Background: The Information Technology Division at NSWC Crane is responsible for providing training opportunities for NSWC Crane Civilian Cybersecurity Workforce. SANS vouchers are being procured to provide our cybersecurity workforce with the technical expertise and certifications needed to expand our cybersecurity competency.
2.0 Applicable Documents: The documents listed in this section are applicable to this SOW. While every effort has been made to ensure the completeness of this list, document users are cautioned they must meet all specified requirements documents as cited in this SOW, whether or not they are listed. In the event of conflict between the documents referenced herein and the contents of the SOW, the contents of the SOW shall prevail:
- Section 502 {The Access Board), Rehabilitation Act of 1973
- Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act 2010 (ADA-ABA 2010 Guidance Manual) (36 CFR Parts 1190 and 1191 of the ADA-ABA Respectively)
3.0 Requirements
3.1 SANS Training Course Vouchers: The vendor shall provide a quantity of twenty-six (26) FV Bundled GIAC vouchers and quantity twenty-six (26) FV Long Course vouchers.
4.0 Government Furnished Material The government will provide the student information required for each employee granted a voucher so the vendor may register the student and monitor course completions.
