About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for NASA/GSFC to purchase Jama Connect, a requirements management and traceability software platform. The specific item requested is LIC-JCNCRS, a Jama Connect Creator - Tiered subscription that includes 0 Named and 2 Floating Licenses, with an on-premise deployment of 6 units. The software will provide a "digital thread" throughout the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, specifically for managing systems and software development.

The SOW specifies NASA/GSFC as the place of performance, with a 12-month performance period. The contractor's sole requirement is to provide a license file. This procurement is part of a sole source contract to JAMA SOFTWARE, INC, determined to be the only provider of this specific software, with the acquisition conducted under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures using the NAICS Code 513210.
