STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements: The International Women’s Forum (IWF) is an invitation-only network of the most accomplished women in the world. IWF is the only organization of this scale that builds significant relationships between C-level women across countries and careers. The Fellows Program is a competitive program in which NASA competes for a slot each year and selected NASA executives are invited to participate if selected. There are no other vendors who host the International Women’s Forum as this is a proprietary program sponsored by IWF.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs: As Fellows progress through the program, they become more certain in their leadership abilities, more confident in their networks, more inspired about their career trajectories, and clearer about their career aspirations.
