About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of six Hewlett Packard DL385 computer servers to support the Unclassified Research Development Test and Evaluation (uRDT&E) DevOps capabilities and the Secret Research Development Test and Evaluation (SDREN) virtual infrastructure at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD).

The SOW outlines the background, scope, performance requirements, deliverables, place of performance, period of performance, and security requirements for this procurement. The servers will be used to establish a dedicated virtualized cluster for testing new configurations, systems, and deployments separate from the uRDT&E production environment, as well as to expand SDREN connectivity and services at the NSWC IHD campus. The procurement will be executed through a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with a not-to-exceed value of $250,000. The Government intends to evaluate quotes on a lowest price technically acceptable basis without discussions, and award will be subject to the availability of funds.

In support of future SDREN expansion and uRDT&E DevOps support, code 1041 System Administration requires the procurement of six Hewlett Packard DL385 computer servers.

2. SCOPE:

The primary objective of this Statement of Work is to provide NSWC IHEODTD with a contract vehicle which allows for us to procure 6 Hewlett Packard DL385 Servers, as well as hardware support.
