About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the maintenance and support of nine (9) Rimage Optical Media Duplicators used by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Decision Support System (DSS) team. The SOW requires the contractor, Global Technologies Group Inc. (GTGI), to provide onsite service and support, including firmware, software, and maintenance, to keep the systems fully operational. The period of performance includes a base year and two option years, with services to be performed at the NSWC IHD facility in Indian Head, Maryland. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, transportation, equipment, parts, and tools to maintain the systems per the manufacturer's specifications. Pricing is on a firm fixed-price basis, and the contractor shall obtain approval from the Contracting Officer prior to incurring any additional repair costs.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for the sole-source award of a contract to GTGI to provide the required maintenance and support services for the Rimage Optical Media Duplicators. The government intends to award the contract without full and open competition, as GTGI is the only known source capable of meeting the requirements. Interested parties have until July 16, 2024, to provide evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
