‘isolating the neutral’) three-phase power.
3.2.2. Output voltage shall be variable between 450 and 480 VAC at 60 Hz, while maintaining the rated power levels. The maximum STANDBY amperage will be approximately 2400A (@ 450V, 1500 kW and a 0.8PF). Therefore, the generator’s breaker shall be set to trip on long-time delay at between 2650 and 2820A. Also, the instantaneous trips shall be HIGH to allow for in-rush currents.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. Maintenance
4.1.1. The Contractor is responsible for and shall perform all maintenance (e.g.
refrigerant charge, replace / clean filters, coolant refills, etc.) for the duration of the lease. Coordinate maintenance with Shipyard POC.
4.2. Repairs
4.2.1. The equipment will be operating around-the-clock under a rigorous deployment performance schedule. Within twenty-four (24) hours (one-day) of initial
Rev C Page 4 of 6 notification of the need for repair, the Contractor shall have a knowledgeable and equipped technician on the job-site fully prepared to repair the rental equipment.
The defective unit(s) shall be repaired within forty-eight (48) hours (two day) of initial notification or, if the original defective unit(s) cannot be made operational, replaced within seventy-two (72) hours (three days) of initial notification.
4.2.2. In the event an emergent maintenance issue, the contractor shall respond within one (1) hour of the initial notification and have a knowledgeable and equipped technician on the job-site fully prepared to repair the rental equipment within two
(2) hours. If the equipment cannot be repaired a replacement unit is to be onsite within twenty-four (24) hours of initial notification.
4.2.3. If the equipment failure is not the fault of the Government, the Contractor shall bear all costs associated with its repair and/or replacement.
4.3. General
4.3.1. The delivery driver and any technicians that may be needed for either planned or emergent maintenance must have appropriate qualifications to gain access to the
Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) on base. This includes up to date Defense
