Statement of Work for the NASA Goddard
Opto-Mechanical Design and Fabrication Submitted by

Statement of Work
Overview OMP Inc.’s role will be to provide opto-mechanical design and delivery of fabricated parts for the MeDDEA Instrument for the PADRE mission.
Technical Evaluation OMP will conduct evaluation in conjunction with the customer prior to fabrication of parts.
Risk and Management The labor and NRE are sufficient to accomplish the upgrades.
The schedule risk is minimal.
OMP will provide overall management of the tasks with project coordination supported by Jean- Thomas Landry (OMP). Regular meetings will be held with the PI.
Landry will manage the effort involving multiple OMP staff.
Reporting Status reports will be provided by request, and not less than monthly.
Budget Details Facilities & Equipment OMP offices will provide the base for the proposed work.
