About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for a federal contract to procure internal short circuit devices. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center seeks a contractor to fabricate and deliver 200 internal short circuit devices, part number K-ISC-000001, within two weeks. The devices will trigger thermal runaway in 5Ah lithium-ion battery cells and must be delivered with cold packs to NASA Johnson Space Center. The contractor will serialize each device and package them to prevent wax components from melting during shipment.
